how to wake up at 6am every day and not feel like quitting your job every morning or feel like a living zombie? because trying to go to bed early every day isn't working. seems like it doesn't matter what time i go to bed - i'm going to hate myself in the morning. and i even like my job. so this is serious. also, i don't know about you, but when i'm tired i become an emotional, sensitive slop. help me!
